Hi guys.I just saw something on ebay called dynaflow silver braze. I am trying to fill some imperfections on a rough brass casting so it can be chromed.I have been advised to use hard silver solder. From what I read about dynaflow,I don't see why this shouldn't work just as well.Anyone familiar with it and can confirm it will be ok? All input is greatly appeciated!Best regards,Grandpa Marc
Reply:That is the same as Sil-phos. It has a higher melting temp than that of higher silver bearing fillers. It does work wonders for tig brazing tough joints but I don't think it would flow like you need without porosity.Weld like a "WELDOR", not a wel-"DERR" MillerDynasty700DX,Dynasty350DX4ea,Dynasty200DX,Li ncolnSW200-2ea.,MillerMatic350P,MillerMatic200w/spoolgun,MKCobraMig260,Lincoln SP-170T,PlasmaCam/Hypertherm1250,HFProTig2ea,MigMax1ea.
