Toolbox design ideas?

I'm going to build some toolboxes for my truck. I need some ideas on how to fab the lip for the lid to seal against.
Reply:I prefer the gutter style door seal. You basically make a gutter all the way around the door opening and the door covers it. This style rarely leaks even if there's no foam sealing. Reply:I've used 3/4" x 1/8" angle  pie cut and bend as nessesary.  I basically copied the way my JOBOX is done because well...it doesn't have silly foam and I've never got wet tools from a jobox on a jobsite.  Go check one out at home depot,tsp,or whatever. easy to copy. irish- the organization of your truck kills me everytime i see it! and running a 200le to boot!

Reply:Yes, nice bed!Tools available but out of the way for using the flat bed.Where the screwdrivers and hammers are, how deep is that?Specail box behind the tool drawers?
