Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone has any pointers or tips as to tig welding on P91 Crome Heavywall pipe. I have welded lots os P22 pipe but not to familiar with the characteristics of the 9 chrome. I know it must be back purged but what type of technique should be used for the root pass. Should I key hole the root or just lay the wire in the groove? The joints I am doing are in very confined spaces and some are to tight to access on the one side. What about feeding the wire through the joint as opposed to on the outside of the joint? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks ,ironmike128
