Hi all,First time using this site hoping that someone here may be able to help.I've currently been tasked with generating a procedure to weld inconel 625 - superduplex. I have had nothing but problems from this with trying to pass the mechanical testing. (Bend testing) Transverse. ASME IX SpecEach time it's failing on the fusion line of the inconel or straight through the middle of the weld. I'm using inconel 625 filler wire also. The material being welded is thin in thickness about 2.11mm. Has anyone had any success with welding these two types together and having it pass the required bend testing?any help would be appreciated on this one, Has me stumped.
