Victor Style MFA #4

I noticed you can buy "Victor Style" heating tips for a lot less than the genuine Victor ones. Reply:There is no chart for the Victor knockoffs.  They are a copy of the Victor parts, and so the closest chart would be the one from Victor, but YMMV, as who knows the tolerances that these clones are made to.

Reply:Originally Posted by OAdoctorThere is no way to know for sure.  The bigger problem is know the Victor model number the import is copying.  If you use the Victor Flow Charts for imported torches and tips, make sure you cross reference to correct Victor Tip.  Or just buy an original Victor heating tip, the boxed heating tips all come with a booklet that has all of Victor Flow charts.  It may be worth the additional cost to safely use a heating tip.
