Reply:just installed a prince on my 255 came with plumbing and a circuit board. about a pound of aluminum wire through it so far. no hiccups but have a lot to learn welding alum.
Reply:talked to Lincoln today and the prince xl was originally the gun they pushed for my machine( matter of fact my machine has a sticker inside thats states if i buy a prince they'll throw in the module free which no longer applies)  when i got it back in 02 talked to a tec guy and he told me the reason they went to the magnum lx was for a gun with more amp capability my next concern is consumables and availability thanks for the replies350P 30A spool gun cut master 51  syncro 250 other stuff " take a dog off the street and make him prosper and he will not bite you sad the same cannot be said for man" i didnt use punctuation just to piss you off

Reply:ive also pondered that but wasn't sure if i could put that on my machine on another note while looking over the manual for the prince i noticed they have it as a spool gun or push pull gun  and have a kit to use the push pull setup as a spool gun gonna call them Monday and see if it works vise versa the thing i like about the spool gun is to use either or where as with the push pull you have to use one or the other but the push pull does look a helluva lot easier getting in tight then a spool gun350P 30A spool gun cut master 51  syncro 250 other stuff " take a dog off the street and make him prosper and he will not bite you sad the same cannot be said for man" i didnt use punctuation just to piss you off
