Whipped this up today. It was nice to get back in the garage melting metal as it has been a while.I had a 20 ton air/hydraulic ram that I placed in my previous brake. It destroyed it, but that wasn't much of a surprise. I needed something bigger anyway, and the previous one was WAY over designed (I tend to do that). Nice thing about this is it is air/hydraulic, so I can stand a bit further back when pressing stuff. Reply:Good job on the brake, but one thing you may want to do is attach your air hose to the frame high and let it hang down the right side out of the way,because the strain I see at that fitting is going to be where it fails eventuality. I need to make a brake myself someday.
