Sent in for a new guard door hinge.I cut the old one off with a 4.5" grinder and welded the new one on with TIG even though the hinge was zink coated. I did NOT breathe the white smokem Clamped so it ends up straight. I plug welded the holes then welded the sides. Things were straightened so it opens and closes as it should.Total time an hour.The hinge was a removable pin, so I made it a permanent pin.DavidReal world weldin. When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
