Sadly, I don't have this, my brother does.  It's a Smith. Anyone have a guess to the vintage?

Reply:My friend has one of these up in his shop.  His dad is always bringing in old tools and what not.  It works pretty good.  Its had a lot of use.  If you researched this on google you could prolly find something.
