So, I'm visiting the neighbor shop, the temp is about 55F in mid January, and up pulls this Boss...He's had it for a long time and just had a makeover done in Moline, IL, (a housewife thing)??? They cut the super single tire on a re-cap machine to try and get some shape that would work for a bike. Results, not that good he said.Definitely looks different, I'm not sure about the wisdom thing (hate to see what these folks would dream up for a trailer mod)...Phone crashed before I could get a better pic (android...)...Matt Attached Images

Reply:What can you say about something like that, "Outrageous" comes to mine. I can't stop looking at it.
Reply:Although a little too big for my liking, too each there own.Appears the rear tire is so wide it had to have a jack shaft to accommodate the rear sprocket being out past the primary.  I have a 85 Yamaha Big Wheels with a simular setup. The torque prematurely wears sprockets out on both ends of the jack shaft.NickoliIf I can't fix it, Its probably not broke.... Yeah Right!~ Damn I let out the factory installed smoke again ! ~

Reply:Smallblock chebby bike..Years ago there was a bike somewhat like that from Vermont called "The Vermonster" that ran at New England on occasion..Never actually ran anyone..Just went from one lane to the other spinning the tire the whole 1320..Very dangerous indeed.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:I had a customer with a 3 wheeled Boss.  500 HP 350 cheby.   He was on the highway, opened up the throttle.  It lit up BOTH rear tires @ about 75 mph.  He did not crash, and sold it right after that.  I never drove it, but did a little work on it.   Had a 10 gallon gas tank.  He said it was way too small. The one in the pic above is something else!Real world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:I keep looking at the big rear tire and thinking it needs a seat above it for Farmall's and JBM's PFC biker chick anti theft system. .No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:So... Is there anything new happening in the bike world?   --------I like the big wheel too though. Thanks Matt_Maguire for catching the picture.Good Luck
Reply:seams like a big aircraft tire might work better.seeing that it has no rear suspension and only has the softness of a heavy truck tire to absorb the bumps, I think I'd pass.
Reply:I know its cool and all, but one has to ask..."Why?"Seriously. A 500 horsepower motorcycle? Thats 2.5 times the power of my Silverado, what the hell does a bike need 500 horsepower for? Ever seen a 500hp tractor? Those things are huge. But a bike? Jeeze...[Account Abandoned 8/8/16 Please Do Not Attempt Contact Or Expect A Reply]. See you on YouTube! -ChuckE2009

Reply:I have no idea why in the world anybody would want that.Tim Beeker.
Reply:Sometimes it's not "Why????", it's "Can it be done?"... Classic example is Dodge's Viper V-10 powered Tomahawk motorcycle. Calculated top speed of 400mph. It might be me at the Throttle...I do understand the whole can it? thing. I am guilty of it myself but that tire on that "bike" was ridiculous. But the owner doesn't have to please me or anyone else I suppose. At least he isn't afraid to do something different.Tim Beeker.
