I finally bought a Gouge Tip for my Victor O/A rig. Another name might be Shock Tip. Shock being the price compared to other tips.Anyway, it was worth the $37 bucks. Cutting out welds and trying to salvage the materials is soooooo much easier. I am not that good so I need all the help I can get.And by the way, thanks to all of you who have posted videos for torch use. They have really helped me out. I am getting much cleaner, straighter cuts with less slag and grinding.I have just started a cool project. I am converting an old forklift attachment for a Skid Steer and am retrofitting it to fit my Kubota tractor's Front End Loader. My shop is at my place in the country, so I get to work on it only on weekends.
