I first made this trailer in 1988 over the yrs its had a hard life so I thought it was time to give a freshen up started by cutting the old floor out then cutting the rust outof the side's and fitting some rust repair panels after that was done changed the springs and hubs so I could put some new ally rims on it the spacer on the axle was only there till I got the new u bolts when the rust repair panels were welded in and sealed them with wurth KD bond Last edited by wello; 09-11-2010 at 07:13 AM.Creative metal Creative metal Facebook

Reply:once all the paint was done it was time to fit the new wiring and lights LED lights all round once the wirng was done time to fit the polished aluminium rope rails last thing was a new floor which is 6mm aluminium plate hucked in with countersank hucks trailer specs 7'x5' box 5' drawbar 16" honda suv rims long drawbar makes backing it a dream rego inspection 2weeks ago passed with flying coloursCreative metal Creative metal Facebook
