Miller's customer service never ceases to amaze me. My USED Arcstation 60SX came without the dust tray on the X parttern side. A royal PITA because things tend to fall through when you work. I was gonna fashion one myself, but then figured I'd check Miller out for the PN of he stock piece. It's not available as an option on the table because it is a standard part. I emailed them last Sunday about it. The response was "Sorry for the inconvenience. What's your shipping address?" That was the only communication I got. Came home and found a brand new dust tray with all the parts on my doorstep last night. They already had a customer for life before doing this. Remain amazed. Other companies need to realize the loyalty this kind of stuff creates.TA Arcmaster 300CM3XMT 304S22P12 suitcase feederX-Treme 12VSOptima pulserTA161SMaxstar 150STLHypertherm PM45OP setupStihl 020AVP, 039, 066 Magnum
Reply:I agree. Miller is excellent at customer support and tecnical assistance. Lincoln isn't bad, either. When I received my former Lincoln SP175 Plus that had been pounded to smithereens by UPS, it only took a phone call and an email with pictures of the damage and a new machine was on its way by private carrier the same day. They could have set me adrift to mess with UPS insurance but they came through with no problem at all. So, I'd have to say, that you can't really go wrong with either Miller or Lincoln. The dealers for both companies are also very good.Miller Millermatic 252Miller Syncrowave 200Liincoln AC-DC 225Victor O-A Set |
