sun flower yard art

I made some sunflowers out of rebar and rotary hoe blades.  The rebar was bent and washers welded onto it to hold the blade in place.  This is the only kind of plants that i can get to grow in the desert.More pictures from start to finish.http://s220.photobucket.com/albums/d...use/sunflower/

Reply:NICE ! I just started making a sunflower art project too. I have some JD rotary hoe wheels that are similar.  Were you going to add any leaves on them ?? I'm using 3/4" black pipe for the stalks but not sure  about leaves. Maybe some cultivator pointed shovel tips. Good paint job. I hate painting.
