So, heres something Ive recently built. It dawned on me that even tho Ive been welding out in our garage for over a year and a half now, I still dont really have a place to sit, so I fabbed this up. I used a seat that I saved off an old snapper lawn mower that I scrapped, some salvage 3/16" plate (or whats left of it), and 1" solid bar stock from a railing that I junked.Im pretty happy with how it came out. Reply:I dunno...I have this thing about welding leads and a steel chair.............zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:Looks good and comfortable enough to work from. A set of castors on each leg is the only other addition it may need so you can scoot it around the shop to where you need it. Other than that, with the color you used, maybe add some JD yellow to complete the correct color scheme.
