Reply:How heavy is the beast? Where in NM are you? I'm assuming i'm just a hop and skip away in El Paso. Nice Work. Josh
Reply:epho Not to far from el paso at all. about an hour and a half north of Alamogordo. not to sure of the exact weight but some where around 55K all assembled. All put together it is 175 feet long.
Reply:Thanks for posting. Not something I get to see everyday. I like the shot of the hydraulic (?) ram inside the pipe pushing it out for fitup to the flange ring. I wouldn't of known how much work went into it.
Reply:Great photos.
Reply:very interesting . what size pipe is that ? there is alot of $ sitting there .
Reply:The larger diameter is 60" and the smaller is 46". It is a bundle of coin in steel. And yes the hydraulic ram is a must for fitting some of the pieces. The one in the photo was really out of round took a bit of pressure to get it back to how it should have been. I like the laying out for the reducing cones and saddles.....fun stuff
