Latest project I just finished, a grizzley. The bottom framework is 4 x 4 x 1/2 angle and 4 x 4 x 3/8 HSS with 4 x 1/2 flatbar diagonals. The upper framework that supports the screens is 3 x 6 x 1/4 HSS. The actual screens are salt hopper screens that were never used and I adapted them to fit in the framework.Product is dumped on top and gravity does the rest...hopefully. If not the, top is hinged using 1 3/8" x 2 1/2" MT with a 1 1/4" dia. pins so the loader can pick it up and give it a drop, that's why there's 4 springs under the front edge This ones going to be used for reclaim, rack, recycled asphalt whatever you want to call it to get rid of the big lumps as well as salt in the wintertime to try and keep out the trash (rocks, sticks etc). The last one was mutilated by an operator using the bucket to try and beat the lumps down thru....duhhhh.This is the forth or fifth one I've made, takes about 110 manhours total......Mike Attached Images
