So usually i just have my stuff sandblasted and powder coated call it a day.Lately i have been getting into more furniture vs structure stuff and i find i need to do more types of finish. Is there a good site that lays out different types of Finish? I would like to do a Oil Rubbed Bronze looking finish for a current piece i am making.Ideas?
Reply:Hi, Jay.I'm glad you asked this question. I was hoping to find some information about anodizing aluminum or otherwise finishing. So I'll follow your thread and see what we find out.Burt _____________________Miller Syncrowave 250Millermatic 211Miller 375 Plasma Cutter Hobart Handler 12010FtDrillBit.com

Reply:You could try Gilder's Paste. The oil rubbed bronze is a piece of cake to do with it. This piece was done with it and clear coat powder coated over. These pics are before powder coating. Attached Images |
