Hi Im sorry I m sure this has been discussed but I could not find it in a search and everyone loves a good miller lincoln fight anyway. So not to open the door to any mudslinging but I have an opportunity to buy either of these machines for $250 just leads no torch or foot pedal for either. the dial arc is in marginally better condition but not really an issue either way. This is for my home shop I do machine work out of I already have an old craftsman stick and a lincoln mig buzz box but would love to be able to weld aluminum as it has come up a few times and I had to turn work away plus tig welding is just cool, I have no expeirence with either machine all we have at work is a syncrowave and scratch start thunderbolts.
Reply:250 is a good price. I'd go Dialarc as there seem to be more of them out there.If they were near me I'd grab both then sell one for 500 after sampling each.
