Striking rays of lights that comes from the holes of hundreds of small metal washers welded together and the lamp column molded from an actual bottle of EMPRERADOR WHISKEY illuminates magically on the bedroom walls. Attached Images

Reply:That's cool Mario. One thing, if I may. I found building lamps like that, that bringing the shade bottom down about half way down the length of the neck "works" a lot better. It balances out the base to the shade visually.If you were able to leave the bottle inside the lamp base bits and pieces, it would be cool to put a bulb inside it too. The colored glass would shine through the parts and add more shadows adn some color on the wall. Might have to scrub the base with soap and water, after welding, to get the welding soot out of the little spaces between the parts. Bottom of the bottle can be popped off with a hot wire around a cold bottle.Just a thought.200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.
