Need opinion Battery welder

I found a battery power wire feed welder on CL.   Marquette M12191 welder 130 amp welds fom 18 gauge up to 1/4 inch welds up to 60 inches on single charge completely portable runs off rechargable battery pack.   The batteries are shot.   Is this unit worth the $100 he is asking?   They sell  quite a bit elsewhere,  $500 plus.HH135 MigEverlast PowerUltra 205Century heavy duty 250dc/295ac stickA/O system, victor 450 series gauges w/cutting torch and j100 torch.
