Anybody here ever made a box or such for a padlock and chainso that the padlock is enclosed somehow so that a bolt cutter cannot access the lock loop ?MM 180

Reply:Rectangular tube and use the lock to "pin" the chain from being pulled out of a "keyhole" of sorts?
Reply:lennyk, I made one a few years back. As I recall, I used a rectangle of 1/4 or 3/8 inch thick steel that fit inside the lock loop but was groved on the curved edge so the lock loop sat down in the steel block.
