I've never seen him but, I know he's there, that damn fabricating elf, he keeps moving my tools, every time I need a hammer or?, I can never find it, so I decided to make a hammer rack so it can be mounted were he can't reach. Attached Images
Reply:Looks good but where the spot for the BFH.Miller Dailarc HF 250 Hobart 140
Reply:Looks good, man. Should be elf proof...(Retired) Professional firefighter, amateur everything else I try to do...Oh yeah: Go Big Red! (You know: one of the 12 members of the Big 10 cuz we left the 10 members of the Big 12...)
Reply:That'll work----as long as the big elf puts them back in the loops every time they are used.
Reply:nice feeling, to think of what you need and make it...
Reply:You'll love having this. It makes working easier. Only suggestion I'd give and it's from years of first hand experience would be to have it mount so the tops of the tools are below work top height. The fist time you slide something over, along the top and they are in the way, you'll say "aw you dummy" like I did years ago the fist time! Har Har Har! If you have angle grinders, I posted about storage for them over in the safety forum, http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php...71#post1326571200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.
Reply:Thanks guys for all the replies, and advice, as for a place for the BFH, the next hammer rack will be for the BFH's, I've been out of the trade for over 10 years, n trying to resupply to get back into it, been laid off for a bit, n moneys's tight. |
