Welding Supply USA - no replies

I have been interested in buying a Century 180 mig welder from an outfit that has a website named WeldingSupplyUSA. I wanted to contact them...before sending them over 500 bucks...but all that is in the Contact block is a Form Mail. I filled it out asking my questions, but no response. I also found another website, layed out exactly the same, with a different name...Norris Equipment Company. They show a location in Iowa. I called the phone number, left a message, and also filled out their Form Mail. No responses from either. I am guessing that they are the same company, but with two web locations.So my question is: Has anyone had successful transactions with either of these companies? I don't get it...a company advertises products, but cannot be reached. I am at the point of just forgetting about them, but the Century 180 mig had a good price, and brandname is owned by Lincoln. After reading Yakdung's link to ripoffreport.com, I definitely won't be doing business with WeldingSupplyUSA.com.
