Hi everybody!! My name is Scott.  I have been in the welding industry for 11 years now and have extensive mig welding experience.  However, that does not seem to help with my robotic welding situation.  The company I work for decide to try automating some smaller parts.  The only robotic training I have is about a week with a former tech from abb.(our robot is an abb 140).  I have the programming of parts figured out pretty well.  My problem is with burn back.  The wire keeps burning back into the tip upon ignition causing arc ignition or arc supervision errors.  I have set up my start and end data as instructed from a training package we purchased. Start 26v, 420wfs, Weld 31v, 550wfs, End 25v, 420wfs.  There isn't usually any droplets attached to the wire when welding is done only every now and then.  I have checked everything I can think of pertaining to wire feed and have found no restrictions.  Does anybody have similar experiences with their robot??  Thanks so much.
