Help with stainless tubing

I cut a brew cart apart it was 12 inches wide and 4 feet long when I did it sprang apart it was under serious tension, I need to make it 3 inches wider for this guy. I cut the four extension pieces to make it wider but the dang table is now a quarter inch out of square it was about a 1/16 out before I cut it. I mean now when I line up the filler pieces the tubes point in every direction but straight across they were straight before I cut it and my filler pieces are all square as well as the cuts down the middle. I used a cut of wheel ziped right through I could handle the pieces by hand after cutting didn't get it hot really. here is what I need help with its 1 and 1/4 inch tube and 1/8 wall, how do I straighten the tubes? I want to use my cut off wheel its super thin cut three sides of the tube tap it square weld in the center pieces then weld up the cut lines in the tube. I hope that makes sense. any suggestions would be helpful. here is a pic of the table cut in half. Attached Images
Reply:Straghten what tube..s...?Lots of tubes there.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:I find it hard to write what I am thinking its a mess inside my head. the four square tubes that are cut in the middle of the cart I will try and post a pic of what it looked like before I cut it in half. the tubes in question are the four cut off ones attached to each side of the cart. Reply:I removed the top two center sections as I will be putting in two small square tubes per side instead of the inch and a half ones that were there.

Reply:Normally I'd suggest a porto-power, but it's thin tubing, and you don't have much leverage on the welded joints.Can you determine where the bow or crooked condition is that's causing you this trouble? Is in in the joint near the cut, or is it in the longer tubes?IW Local 580 NY, NY
Reply:I don't know if it's the shawdows or not, but to me it looks like the legs weren't straight & square to begin with. Reply:Instead of trying to put a 4" filler in the middle, why not just remove the entire tube and insert a new 15" piece that will be square from the get-go?caspian
Reply:Well, I got it back together with a big vise a bottle jack and a ratcheting strap, pulled it all back together added the 4 bars in the top made it 3 inches wider, made and welded in the heat shield, let him make beer. Attached Images
