It's called metalcore! 0.45 26.5 volts 400 ipm miller 251 machine 98/2 mix. I've heard about it before but never ran it. owner got a few 44lb spools at a auction figured id give it a shot. It's just like spray arc but on steroids! very cool stuff i must admit i'm hooked much rather use this than dual sheild in the horizontal position. couple pics, They are very deciving that's about a 1/2 weld the tubes are 3/8 thick with a pretty heavy bevel, maybe a 1/16 land on them.

Reply:I love how fast and smooth it is. I havent done much homework on metalcore is their a strength difference between it and dual sheild? seems like it really penetrates well. I liked it because alot less smoke and way faster.
