Cut/50 plasma cutter

I have a Cut/50 plasma cutter. I used it twice and it worked great! It sat a year and when I turned it on it blew the main circuit breaker (Not the 220 it was plugged into, the main circuit breaker on the box) I checked the plug, cord and inside the plasma cutter unit and nothing is fried. I know the 220 outlet works because I use it for my stick welder. Anybody have any thoughts as to what is going wrong?Thank-You!

Reply:About 2-3 years old. Yesterday I tried it again, same thing happened but this time it also blew the on/off switch out.
