My generator has wheels to move around, but they fail on anything besides flat. And the handle is in such an awkward position (not the top handle, the one at the bottom to move out and use it like a rolling case) that I never actually used it.Anyway, a cart is needed The tray is folded from 20gauge. The edges were welded with TIG (20amps using a 1.6mm tungsten), while the other welds of the frame were done with MIG.The tray is guided by two folded piece of sheet metal with some grease applied.Since I didn't had a large enough piece of sheet metal, I used two large and one small sections, folded up the edges and tacked them on to the 5/8" frame.And the spark arrestor got replaced with a small piece of stainless tube with a flange welded on made from two small pieces of stainless bar.This goes to a muffler to keep the noise further down. Thats what I thought, but when I actually tried it, the external muffler hardly made any improvement. The tube and the rods were bend with this:I cut out a half circle and screwed it on a larger piece.This worked perfectly Thanks for looking.
