Welding Procedure Help, newbie

Hi there, I'm a newbie to welding and is developing a welding procedure for two low carbon plates if anyone would be kind enough to go through it and discuss whats correct and whats not that would be great. Thanks
Reply:( REf. Standards: AWS A5.1 ) I think you should put this in filler metal and in Ref , standards : you must put AWS D 1.1 or ASME IX .
