Good Deal? Lincoln SAE 400

I found this old Lincoln SAE 400 Welder. He said he wants 700 bucks for it. Also, where do you guys get your leads from? Reply:If it runs and welds well thru all ranges and idles up and down as designed it is worth the price. This is a big welder be sure the trailer comes with it. Looks like you will have some cosmetic work to do to get it looking decent. warm it up good to insure that you don't have any engine noise or knocks..
