Reply:Often your steel supplier knows of several companies locally that roll pipe and tube. Unless you are doing a lot of it I suggest leaving it to the professionals. First the guy doing it likely is doing it 40 hours a week for many years so the results will be good. If he screws up then you don't wear it. The rolling company has to make good. For the small additional charge it is smart to have material custom cut and formed before delivery.
Reply:depending on the width and how much curve one wants one may be able bend it on a form (if it is a narrow gate and a lot of bend) this will not work, but if you have a wood bed or floor one can nail blocks down and anchor one end and if left longer or with a cheater over the tube bent on an arc the arc will need to be tighter than the end desire. one could make a nice bow I would think, on a tighter bend it will need to be a roller, the tighter the blocks are together forming the arc the better, thickness would play a lot in the ability to bend as well, and if it is not a structural component it could be very light,
Reply:I used one of these pipe benders to form the arches out of 1.25" square tube on these gates.
Reply:I would help you but you are too far away!
