this is a multi-purpose stand made to make life easier whilst rebuilding my landrover, along with a couple of other bits.havent sanded back welds on stand or painted it yet cos as i say its a work in progress.will eventually get round to building frame for axle work, engine holder , gearbox and t-box holder and a holder for rebuilding the front swivels.at moment it has diff holder on it as needed to repair mates diff.2nd pic istand to make storing them easier3rd pic is tool made from wrecked propshaft with old half shaft welded to to make it easier to remove pinion nut.everything is made from skip raid bounty apart from nut holder, which is out of my might come in useful one day pile. Reply:yeah it is going to have wheels when i aquire some.boy found some 2" box in a skip today at local fab place, asked if he could have and was told for pack of choccy biscuit.so have now got enough steel to make frame that will hold full axle for rebuild.
