Lunch Time Project 90* Welding Jig

I saw one of these jigs in a post a while ago, it looked to be all machined out of one piece, and thought it was cool and made a mental note of it. Reply:Nice stuff weldermike, a few years back I made up this little diddy to help out with squaring challenges and as a "third hand" so to speak. Mainly designed for internal applicationl, but could be utilized as yours is for external as well. You'll definitely put that to good use. Best regards, Allan Attached Imagesaevald

Reply:Nice!  Been wanting to make one myself, I also saw some that were X-Y squares; took it into the third dimension!what order did you weld it in and did you take a picture of how you had it clamped down?I always have my stuff a little out of square before I weld it up, hoping I guessed right how much the heat will pull it into place.  I'm always surprised when I make a frame and the corners measure the same!!
