This was completed early this year, but I just recently joined the site so I figure id share. For this year, I plan to fix the dreadful welds on the intake, so dont hammer on that too hard. Anyway 1990 thunderbird SC 3.8L v6. Ill try to keep the pics in some order. Everything was tacked with a lincoln sp-135 and finished with a hobart tigwave 350 tig. The white is ceramic coating by swaintech, for those wondering.Last edited by neverfastenough; 11-13-2012 at 08:30 PM.

Reply:Very nicely done! I miss my SC....What kind of dyno numbers have you put down with that setup? I was able to do 298HP/392 lb/ft torque with the M90...-Millermatic 211, Powermax 380, and way too many other tools to list....-Unofficial, professsional, garage tinkerer...
Reply:On the last turbo setup which was a 62mm Borg Warner, it made 540rwhp 518rwtq on 19psi. It's running a precision 6766 now at 22psi, judging by how much fuel it took I'd guess its around 600rwhp.
