Truck Exhaust

I finally had time to put the exhaust together. It's sounds awesome! I didn't get a chance to make a video clip but will do after turkey day.

Reply:I have more pictures on my picasa album on the work I've done to it: https://picasaweb.google.com/1177819...eat=directlink. This truck is really clean and original, it came with the original owner's manual, purchase invoice from 1991...it still had motorcraft hose clamps.

Reply:I am putting a 91 F-250 back together with a rebuilt 351W. I am changing in from headers back to manifolds (they were old and leaked, never could get a seal on them. I am going to have to do some pipe work to get them hooked back up. I like you crossover, that makes a huge difference in sound quality.Making as much progress as a one legged duck in the middle of a pond, just going in circles.

Reply:The truck I have was mine at one time and I sold it to a friend. He had a water pump put on and in the process a bolt was broken, they had to pull the whole front of the motor down. When it was put back together it, evidently, was put back up with no oil in it. Needless to say the engine didnt last very long before it locked up. He bought another 351W that we could build. While we had it down he wanted to get rid of the headers and go back to manifold so he ordered a brand new set. I bought the truck back from him and am going to put it back together. I have a completely rebuilt 351W, everything inside the motor new and put together to specs. All the machine work done locally and I did all the assembly so I know whats in the motor and am comfortable in knowing its put together right. Plan on doin some additional work on the truck like a new winch bumper, headache rack/ light bar, mesh tailgate, and maybe custom rear bumper.Making as much progress as a one legged duck in the middle of a pond, just going in circles.
