making my own cusom exhaust for my supra

no one makes any sort of 4 inch exhaust or my car so i took the liberty of doing it. not only did i make the exhaust but also the muffler itself. for the main piping i used 16g aluminized steel and fo the 3 inch to 4 inch transitions i used 16g 316L stainless steel. all bends wer pie cut at 7 degrees. my welding rig consist of 200 argon, w20 tig torch, miller dynasty 180 and miller coolmate3. running 240Vnow off to the picsfrom v band 6765 presision turbo with .81 rear housing 3ich to 4 inch transition. used an amada vipros to punch my pieces and rolled them.how it came off. still needed to weld 4 inch v band at the bottomclearance i had at the bottomhow it looked on topdownpipe to midpipe4 inch to 3 inch transition to a greddy sp1 3 inch exhaustmade the mufflerback sideon the cari also have viseo that still needs to be uploaded. ill post it when i get the time...hope you guys enjoyed it
Reply:Looks great. For the pie cuts, did you use a horizontal/vertical bandsaw? And does each pie cut have to be the same length? Reply:Looks good. The only thing I see is that as low to the ground as it appears to be on the back of the car, are you not afraid of it getting crushed? Looks like you would have serious issues with ground clearence, like speed bumps for example. Also when you have sections that neck down to a smaller size like coming out of the turbo or going into the muffler doesnt it cause restriction and make it about the same as running pipe the size of the neck down area?Making as much progress as a one legged duck in the middle of a pond, just going in circles.
