Anybody ever heard of Arc Labs?

There is an Arc Labs school near me. Their parking lot is always full. Lots of people taking courses. Anybody have any experience with them? Reply:They just opened one up near me. To be honest, it seems like a ripoff. They cater to the shipyards here, so a lot of the things they teach are general structural welding with SMAW and FCAW. Which, while being a pretty good opportunity for local kids who don't have many options... seems kind of a waste. Maybe it's my bias being a pipe/heliarc welder. I would talk to someone from the school and ask what exactly they offer (teach), what the curriculum is, and get back to us.
