I have a Lincoln V350 with a LN10 wire feeder.  When using .035 Lincoln L56 Superarch wire and short arc welding with C25 gas, a couple of minutes into the welding I get a rough feeling in the torch extending back into the gun hose.  It can lead to arc instability or feed inconsistency.   Sometimes it will smooth out.  Things that I have tried to this point.   Numerous new contact tips, new diffuser and  two new conduit liners, all carefully installed.  New spool brake assembly with correct tension.  Drive roll tension on the feeder is set correctly.  New drive rolls.  Guide bearings running freely.   Spool is correctly lined up with the feeder.  I have not replaced the gun but have taken it apart and it seems to be okay.  What am I overlooking?   I’m leaning towards a possible electrical issue rather than mechanical.
