Can I use this Regulator?

I found a Victor SR600 oxy regulator for $95 brand new (these retail for like $450-$500).  My question is.... could I... or should I use this for replacing my very old oxy reg(SR200).  I was going to send the old regs in for rebuild....  when I found this.Here are the specs for the SR600. Are the outlet pressure ranges too high for practical use on an oxyfuel rig?? The delivery ranges look good at 5-550 PSIG. If I used this on the oxy side..... could I still use say a 450 on the fuel side? Would I need a special hose to handle the outlet pressure of 350/550 PSIG of the SR600?It looks like I will need to change the outlet to 9/16"???? Let me know your thoughts. Reply:Thanks for the philosophical approach.  I failed that course though.  Anyway.... any elaborated response is greatly appreciated.  It would appear the reg will work... albeit the need to be cautious to not over adjust the reg to overpressure the hose.  Or perhaps make sure the hose is rated accordingly. I have limited experience using an oxyfuel setup.... so appreciate some wisdom (short of the Yoda thing).Thanks
Reply:I think you'd be nuts to use that regulator. One wrong turn and you'll have a couple hundred PSI in your torch by mistake. I can't see a happy ending there.Miller Multimatic 255
