guys i was wondering if you thought it would work to make alot of projects paint them up and go around trying to sell it or if it would bring enough to bother putting in a auctionQuality is our policy.

Reply:I was at pioneer days in Colorado Springs last month. There were several booths of people selling plasma cut metal work.... so got to be money there for some folks. Not sure if they are actually making them or if they are chinese imports. Reply:Hey eagleman, if you were to make the smaller scale sculptures of the political figures outside of mullenville you would make a killing at the arts and crafts shows, you can add to, or leave off the political puns (which makes them funny) Im sure you would need the approval of Mr Liggett, but since I am originally from Dodge City and know the area and people there, you are most likely related to him in one way or another, and could acquire that permission easily, have a good day,
Reply:Search some of the stuff that has been posted on this site alone, and you will find several items that have been made. Some of those items might or might not sell in your hood, what works for one wont work for another. I am not far from an area in California that has wine vineyards, so I am starting to make items that MIGHT sell to people that fancy their wine, but might not as well,only time will tell. I found an interesting site last night where the company offers tooling to people that want to make custom pens, bowls and other items. So take a look around to figure out what might sell in your hood then go for it.

Reply:there are horseshoe coat hangers, key hangers, napkin holders, wine racks, and on and on. I am working on some right now to make a few hat racks the toughest part is getting all the hard packed road apples out from between the nail hole areas.
