I have a customer that wants me to cut off his shifter knob and weld the sword to it. I was wondering what welding rods would you recommend. Sent from my SCH-I110 using Tapatalk 2Vantage 300 kubota ,miller 304 xmt ,lincoln ln 25 pro , ranger 305 G, plenty of other tools of the trade to make the sparks fly.
Reply:309.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:Any of the Lincoln.........Excalibur series of rods.

Reply:It would be better to build a slot that the sword slips into to use as a shifter but could be pulled out for self defense.

Reply:my nephew wants a revolver onto his shifter for a 4 X 4 mud truck he wants it to thread on to existing shifter ,will be a non working revolver maybe cylinder welded to frame or something to keep it from firing, any ideas where I can get a scrap revolver? the bigger caliber the better .
Reply:Scrap revolvers will be tough to get easily. However you might look into something like a prop gun. I believe several companies make fairly realistic nonfunctional "guns" for those who live in places where owning firearms are difficult/impossible or for the movie industry or training..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Actually, a government bureau is the nearest thing to eternal life we'll ever see on this earth! Ronald Reagan
Reply:I would not want to be pulled over by a cop while driving a truck with a revolver for a shifter, especially in this not-so-gun-friendly state! A few weldersA lot of hammersA whole lot of C-clamps
