Hey guys hope all is well, well ! I thought id post this question and see what comes up. It seems more often than not all of my pipe welding jobs in the plant are in confined areas inter-twined around other piping etc. inside the boiler is the same issue in most cases. Regular helmets just literally prevent you from getting into the position you need too. I do have one that ive made myself that ive used for years now but it has literally seen better days. Cutting goggles with auto/shade with wide band, and leather flaps around it. I could make another one but before I dive into that project I was just curious if anyone makes such a thing now a days? a full leather hood is out of the question, I wear prescription safety glasses so fogging is always a lovely issue!
