Procon 1300 series TIG cooler pump

Well fellow welders , I feel pretty dump right now....... I took the screen out to clean it, wife called and I don't recall if it's suposed to seat all the way to the bottom of the pump housing.. There are rings top and bottom on the screen itself and it seems I would need to force it down to bottom out in the screen receiver area .......... The cap fits over the screen without issue .  Is the screen supposed to be flush with the top of the housing before the nut is applied??? Reply:Drop the screen into the cap and insert into the pump.
