Hello, newbie to this forum but not to the metal trades. Journeyman steel fabricator, c level and tons of experience in my 22 years. I have a fella in my employ that just finished his "C" level schooling, when I sign for his hours in the log book do they all have to be after his technical training? or can his hours prior to schooling be counted as well?
