Here's a "trailer hitch" I built a few years ago. For scale the large ball is 6" and the small ball is 1 5/8". I should of clear coated it when I built it so I need to sand it down and do that now. Built just for conversation.Millermatic 200Hobart Handler 120Victor O/A & Ramco BandsawLincoln 225 ACSnapOn AD HoodMiller XMT304/22AHypertherm Powermax 1650 G3Lincoln Idealarc DC600 w/Extreme 12 VSMiller Digital Elite "Joker"
Reply:LOL, That should start a great conversation!!!
Reply:It's a 1 5/8" ball? Smallest I've seen is 1 7/8" where do you even find a 1 5/8" trailer ball? The standard for most now-a-days is 2" , though I do have a few 1 7/8" coupler trailers around. I guess this means you have really small balls.
Reply:The 1 5/8" ball isn't actually a trailer ball. It's from a steering linkage on a '70s vintage Hyster 180. Uneven balls just adds more to the conversation.Last edited by RaptorDuner; 02-16-2013 at 07:42 PM.Millermatic 200Hobart Handler 120Victor O/A & Ramco BandsawLincoln 225 ACSnapOn AD HoodMiller XMT304/22AHypertherm Powermax 1650 G3Lincoln Idealarc DC600 w/Extreme 12 VSMiller Digital Elite "Joker"
