I know there have been many threads on manual benders and their capabilities. I found this on 'gordsgarage blog'. There are a number of metal work projects that are very interesting.Well, I've attached the picture below. What do you guys think? As a newbie, I think this is something I could put together and save quite a bit of money. Attached Images
Reply:Ring rollers are pretty simple, That one is probably allot more complicated than it looks...mainly because it has machined slots etc... basically you need to push the roller against each other.. either pushing the two lower ones up against the the single top one,or pushing the top one down against the two stationary ones...but you need to turn the one , or the lower two... but this all really depends on your skill and equipment available... of which we don't know...Lincoln pro mig 180Lincoln Square Wave Tig 300/wp 20/home built water cooler Victor, Purox, Harris, O/A welding/cutting setupsVintage Craftsman drill pressVintage Craftsman/Atlas 12"x 36'' lathe7''x 12'' w/c band saw Everlast 140 st

Reply:Well thats a new design! Looks pretty neat but the only drawback I can see is the limit of a ring you can make looks to be less than normal rollers.
Reply:No open side, how do you get the ring out with out opening it up.Tim Beeker.
