Ran some beads on some .035 sheet today. After a bit, I decided to give the pulser a try. It seams to hide my lack of talent a bit. Kinda got hung up a bit on the middle bead and my filler hand decide it didn't wanna play. Reply:Can you get your hands on some thinner filler wire? See if somebody will let you take some 0.035 off of their mig spool.
Reply:Tried some .030 earlier. Total failure. I just couldn't feed it fast enough. Bead turned out wide and sunken. I do believe I have figure out how to get that look though..045 would probably be perfect.NickESAB CaddyTig 2200iPowermax 45MM140 (Sold)
