Harbor Freight Uno Mig Welder

I got this from my Dad.  Its unused but I need a manual and/or specs.  Tried www.manualsonline.com, but no luck.  Ideas.  HF says they sold it awhile ago, but has no parts or manuals.  Its made in Italy.

Reply:The label says 21761 4/87.  My Dad certainly could have bought this welder that long ago.  He was very good into stick welding and had never used the MIG welder.
Reply:I've just sold my UNO MIG after 32-years of faithful use. Upgraded to TIG.About 20-years ago, I upgraded output with large capacitor after rectifier. That really smoothed out arc and gave nice smooth sizzle. Then 10-years ago, speed-controller board died. I replaced it with digital PWM controller. Much better control at lower speeds and more torque too.Anyway, here's manual I scanned for everyone's use.
