In the process of moving my shop I want something to keep my leads-rods-wire-remotes-torches-regs-hoses-clamps-hand toolstogether and out of sight and easily moved because all that stuff hanging on the wall drives me insane.HD has a 44" mobile work station that I thought would come in handy but the lead would not fit in it without making real tight coils. They have a Ridgid job box (24"x24"x48") that I'm probably going to pick up tomorrow. I like the idea of a single lockable box because sometimes I've had to throw my XMT/12vs & lead in the bed of my truck to do a quick project and dont even like to pull into a gas station to get a drink with all that sitting in there. And here in FL the rain shows up out of nowhere so keeping things dry would be nice too. The box could also be used if I pick up an engine drive because they will both fit in the bed. I did a search and only came up with two results so has anybody figured out any good ways to organize a job box? I worked with a guy that had more stuff in that thing but it was very organized and user friendly. I hate just throwing stuff in and having to dig to the bottom for a level.I'm thinking of making a base with wheels that it can sit in to roll around the shop and still be able lift it out to set it in my truck w/o the wheels.TOO MANY TOOLS & NO MORE SPACE

Reply:Here is a picture of Tozzi's. I don't know if this is what you're looking for though. These pics are on here somewhere."Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! I sent him over to snag that MIC-4 while tbone wasn't looking!" - duaneb55"I have bought a few of Tbone's things unlike Stick-Man who helps himself" - TozziWelding"Stick-man"
Reply:What is the price on the Ridgid box? I thought the Grizzly box of the same size as the Ridgid at $200 was not a bad deal.Tozzi's box looks big but it really does not look like a great use of space.
Reply:I would look on CL. I bought a lot of them very cheap lately."Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! I sent him over to snag that MIC-4 while tbone wasn't looking!" - duaneb55"I have bought a few of Tbone's things unlike Stick-Man who helps himself" - TozziWelding"Stick-man"
Reply:Knack has some awesome boxes but the $$$$ goes with them. https://www.google.com/search?q=knaa...w&ved=0CB0Qsxg
Reply:I have a few of those boxes, they work great!Buy American, or don't whine when you end up on the bread line.
Reply:You have to check around on ebay and surplus equipment sites . Big contractors buy dozens of these boxes for large jobs  then sell the stuff off when completed .
